UPDATE: This issue has been resolved and all mail notifications should send to your inbox.

Mail Services has switched to a new mail processing software. As a result, some package pickup email notifications have been mistakenly sent to spam folders.

While Mail Services works to resolve this issue, mark mailservices@qtrak.net as not spam to ensure you receive your mail pickup notifications.
