UNC Charlotte's passport office at Union Station is an authorized U.S. passport acceptance facility, offering appointment-based services for both the campus community and the local public.

Applicants must schedule an appointment. Passport hours are Monday – Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Charlotte campus-based applicants can walk in Monday – Friday from 2:15 p.m. to 3:15 p.m. on a first come, first served basis.

Passports are processed at Union Station, located in the Popp Martin Student Union.
