Rent faculty/ staff regalia for Commencement

Oct. 23 is the deadline for faculty/staff regalia rentals for December Commencement.

Barnes & Noble Charlotte is now accepting rental requests for gowns, caps, tams and other regalia for UNC Charlotte faculty and staff for December Commencement.

The deadline to order is Friday, Oct. 23, 2026.

Rented regalia will be available for pickup at Barnes & Noble Charlotte, downstairs at the textbook information desk, beginning Monday, Nov. 30.

Rentals should be returned to the bookstore no later than Wednesday, Dec. 16.

Custom Regalia

Custom regalia is not available to rent and must be ordered separately. Contact Abby Sills at 704-687-7072 or email at asills@bncollege.com.

Custom regalia must be ordered on or before Oct. 11, 2026.
