2024 holiday shipping deadlines and festive stamps
While Mail & Package Services is temporarily moving locations, it’s still easy to drop off your holiday mail right here on campus.
Before Friday, Dec. 6, visit Lower Prospector to send and pick up mail and purchase postage supplies. Beginning Dec. 6, stop by Union Station in the Popp Martin Student Union to send letters or packages and purchase postage supplies.
If you want your mail delivered by Dec. 25, be sure to check the shipping deadlines listed below.
Holiday Shipping Deadlines
The US Postal Service recommends shipping by these dates to have mail delivered before Dec. 25.
Contiguous U.S. (Lower 48 states excluding Alaska & Hawaii)
- Dec. 18 – USPS Ground Advantage® Service
- Dec. 18 – First-Class Mail® Service
- Dec. 19 – Priority Mail® Service
- Dec. 21 – Priority Mail Express® Service2

Festive Holiday Stamps
Special holiday stamps are now available for purchase at Mail & Package Services. Deck your mail out with unique designs to celebrate the holidays and the winter season.
Domestic first class mail stamps are $0.73 each.
International first class mail stamps are $1.65 each.
