Big copy and print changes coming to campus!
Beginning July 1, 2025, FedEx Office will provide copy and print shop services on campus. The existing REPROS space in the lower level of Prospector will undergo renovations, and expanded service offerings will be introduced as part of this new partnership.
REPROS, managed by Ricoh for over 15 years, will close officially on June 26, 2025, to prepare for the transition to FedEx Office.
To ensure all in-progress print jobs are completed and invoiced before the contract ends, the last day to submit a print request to REPROS will be 5 p.m., Friday, June 20, 2025.
Interim print service june 21 to june 30
If you need printing services between Thursday, June 26th and Tuesday, July 1, 2025:
- Small print jobs can still be completed using the public-facing Ricoh printers across campus, or
- Contact FedEx Office at: usa3009@fedex.com or call 704-687-0809 to place your order.
What to Expect on July 1
FedEx Office will begin operations with a temporary setup in the lower level of Prospector and will be ready to accept print requests on campus starting Tuesday, July 1.
