Chartwells wins NACUFS award for Charlotte Greens Dish

Chartwells Higher Education at UNC Charlotte was recently awarded the “Grand Prize & Gold, Special Diet Recipe of the Year” award from the National Association of College & University Food Services (NACUFS) for its Avoiding Gluten and Vegan Tofu Pho Bowl .

The Charlotte Greens culinary team created this bowl with nutrition in mind. The tofu and locally-sourced produce combo create a delicious protein-rich, plant-based dish for students.
