A brand new food truck concept is on campus this week! Check out Boobys Mobile Beverages, a drink vendor all about bold flavors and playful vibes, drawing inspiration from the quirky blue-footed booby bird.

Boobys Mobile Bev’s serves up fun and flavorful mocktails, coffee, tea, lemonade and even energy drinks.

Find them outside Prospector 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. this Friday, April 3, and Monday, April 6. Check the campus food truck schedule for more hours in April.

Having the Boobys trailer on campus is a full-circle moment for founder, Nicholas Huger, an MBA student from the Belk College of Business and participant in the CO-LAB entrepreneurship program. Huger gained invaluable mentorship through the CO-LAB program and is working on expanding beverage sales beyond his mobile pop-up and onto store shelves across Charlotte.
