Charlotte students, faculty and staff can take advantage of our National Discount Code when ordering from any FedEx Office location.
The discount is automatically applied when ordering in person at the campus print center or online through the student or staff Print On Demand portals (coming soon).

How to pay for print services
Students
Students must use a credit or debit card at checkout.
Departments
Faculty and staff can bill directly to their departmental fund code for FedEx Office print orders. Simply provide your fund code to the FedEx account consultant taking your order.
Upon completion of a print order, FedEx Office will provide a printed receipt at the time the order is picked up. A digital receipt is also available upon request. All monthly FedEx Office invoices will be submitted to Banner on approximately the 6th of each following month. Staff do not need to create a purchase order in 49er Mart.

When I submit an order with FedEx Office, how is the order billed?
Print orders are billed directly to Banner according to the billing fund code provided at time of order.
When will I see the charge on the account?
All orders are billed on approximately the 6th of the next month.
Example: Prints were ordered on Oct. 3, Oct. 14, and Oct. 30. All three orders are billed on Nov. 6.
Do I need to create a purchase order in 49erMart?
No, orders from FedEx Office are billed directly to Banner, so you do not need to create a purchase order in 49erMart.
How do I get a receipt?
You should receive a printed receipt when you pick up your order or receive the delivery. You can request a digital copy of the receipt as well; simply email usa3033@fedex.com or contact the FedEx Office consultant who processed your order.
