How to Use Campus Printers

Student printing

We manage more than forty REPROS printers and multifunction devices on campus. 

REPROS printers are available to students, faculty and staff. Print from your laptop, phone, Chromebook, tablet or a University workstation and pay with your 49er Account.

Department printing

Department printers must be serviced via state contract with RICOH or another third-party company, or by contacting the phone number on the device. Departments without an agreement in place may be charged on a time and material basis. For this reason, Auxiliary Services and OneIT strongly encourage departments to enter service agreements for long-term, affordable maintenance and service.

Guest printing in Atkins Library

Guests who need to print in the library can print up to 10 pages per day for free by emailing their documents to a staff member at the Information and Research Desk.
