Update campus work address for prompt mail delivery
To ensure timely and accurate delivery of campus mail and packages, all faculty and staff at UNC Charlotte are asked to review and update their campus work address in Banner Self-Service. Maintaining accurate address information is critical for efficient campus operations.
Address formatting guidelines
When updating your campus work address, please use the following format:
- Address Line 1: UNC Charlotte
- Address Line 2: Division/department name (include both division and department names)
- Address Line 3: Office location (include building name and office number)
Important: If you are fully remote or do not have a designated office space, include your department’s primary building name in Address Line 3.

Please verify and update your information as soon as possible to avoid any delays in receiving important correspondence.
Mail Services is temporarily moving
Beginning Friday, Dec. 6, 2024, Mail & Package Services in Lower Prospector will start temporarily relocating services to Union Station in the Popp Martin Student Union and the upper level of SoVi. Services will remain at these locations through the end of the summer 2025 semester. Read more about the move here.
