UPIP: Video Production Assistant

The video production assistant intern will assist the video production specialist
and marketing team with creating engaging videos for use at student orientation, on our
social media channels, and on our website.

UPIP: Lead Student Ambassador

The lead student ambassador will assist the Business Services marketing team
with organizing students to create engaging digital content for our
Instagram and Facebook social media platforms.

STW: Administrative Assistant

The student administrative assistant will assist with administrative duties and functions of the Meal Plans & 49er Card office. Students will create ID cards, deposit funds in on-campus accounts, explain meal plans, filing, scan, and field questions concerning our office. Student will help maintain records and run errands on campus when necessary. This position will also assist in NSO activities.

UPIP: BA Creative Design Specialist

The Creative Design Specialists on the Brand Ambassador team are responsible for the conception and execution of illustrations, apparel designs, promotional materials, photography, and videography for the promotion of all licensing program gear or campaigns on campus. Other duties may include managing print and digital outreach materials, managing social media accounts, and managing event promotion. Members should be dedicated to learning all facets of the licensing program as it relates to assigned duties.

STW: BA Marketing & Communications Specialist

Marketing & Communications Specialists on the Brand Ambassador team are responsible for the distribution and implementation of any marketing and communications for the promotion of all licensing program gear or campaigns on campus. Members of this team will prepare and staff promotion tables, update all licensing program signage around campus, and act as marketing and communications experts for our services. This group will also maintain all social media platforms for the licensing program. The Marketing & Communications Specialists should be dedicated to learning all facets of the licensing program as it relates to assigned duties.

STW: Parking Enforcement Officer

The Parking Enforcement Officer will enforce all rules and regulations outlined in the Ordinance Governing Parking, Traffic and the Registration of Motor Vehicles for the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.

Reduce visitor deck congestion, create a friendly atmosphere, and provide unparalleled customer service.

STW: Printer Technology Assistant

The student Printer Technology Assistant will primarily be focused on managing the student printer fleet across campus. This will largely involve replacing toner, paper, and supplies. The position will also be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and escalating hardware/software issues.
